Petite Lemposa exclusively owns all the designs featured on this site, and they are protected by copyright. Reproduction of these designs in any manner without the express permission of Petite Lemposa is strictly prohibited. We will take necessary legal action in response to any copyright infringements.

Pricing and Payment

All monetary values are denominated in Australian dollars, and the pricing stated does not include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Before any design or production work can commence on your order, full payment is necessary unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.


We offer shipping services through Sendle, Interparcel, or Australia Post, with charges based on the size and weight of the package. Once your shipment is processed, you will receive a tracking number for easy monitoring. For added security, all packages will require a signature upon delivery unless you choose to authorize an authority to leave.

Petite Lemposa offers worldwide shipping. While we take great care in packing to prevent any damages during transit, it is your responsibility to opt for shipping protection to cover potential loss or damage during shipment. We always strive to ship your order within the specified timeframes, but during peak periods, there might be slight extensions or delays.

For international shipments, please be aware that the client is responsible for paying any customs and duties charges that apply in the country where the order is being shipped to from Australia.

Here are the estimated shipping times for orders within Australia:

Melbourne and Greater Sydney Area: 2 business days
Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 3 - 4 business days
Brisbane: 4 - 6 business days
Perth: 6 - 11 business days
Express deliveries: 1 - 2 business days

As for international shipping estimates:
International Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 business days
International Expedited: 5 - 10 business days
International Express: 4 - 6 business days


Delivery times are contingent on the type of item and the substrate it's printed on. To ensure a suitable delivery date, please review the production time frame mentioned on each product page and account for the shipping duration. In certain situations, rush orders may be accommodated. Reach out to us if you need a rush order, and we'll do our best to assist you. Please note that a 30% fee will be applied to rush orders.

Located in Melbourne, Petite Lemposa ships products globally. Every package comes with tracking information for your convenience. While we will estimate international shipping costs, the final charges will depend on the actual weight and size of the shipment.

Please be aware that international shipments may incur duties and taxes, which will be determined by the destination country's customs bureau. It's essential to contact your local customs bureau for information about these fees before placing an order, as we are unable to provide specific details. Such fees are solely the responsibility of the customer and will not be reflected in your cart during checkout. Unfortunately, local taxes applied to products on our website cannot be refunded for international orders.

Loss or Damage

Once the order is dispatched, Petite Lemposa cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. However, rest assured that we take every precaution to ensure the safe and proper packaging of your items, as well as employing reliable delivery methods.

Upon the collection of your package from our studio, we will provide you with a courier tracking number. This way, you can easily track your goods from the moment they leave our premises until they reach your doorstep.

Cancellations / Refunds

As a service-based business, Petite Lemposa creates all products on a made-to-order basis. Once we receive your order and payment, the production process commences, making it impossible for us to offer refunds. Therefore, we kindly request that you make your choices carefully when placing an order.

Please note that according to the Australian Consumer Law, you are not eligible for a refund if you wish to return wedding items that you have purchased but no longer require. However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the product you receive fails to meet a consumer guarantee. The type of remedy available will depend on whether the issue is deemed to be major or minor.

Customisation of Designs

We take pride in offering flexible design options to perfectly match your wedding vision. Let us know your desired color palette, and we'll be more than happy to tailor our designs accordingly. We can provide suggestions and show you reference images to assist you in making your decisions confidently. Your dream wedding aesthetic is within reach!

Menus & Placard Sorting

In order to maintain affordable prices, our place cards and personalized menus are supplied unsorted. Nonetheless, if you prefer the convenience of pre-assembled invites, we're more than happy to do so for an additional fee of $240. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it for you!

Proofing & Reprints

Upon providing your signed and completed production approval, you acknowledge that your order will be produced exactly as presented in your proof. Any errors or omissions that have been approved by the client will not be the responsibility of Petite Lemposa Design. In the event that the final printed item does not match the approved proof, we will promptly reprint the affected piece/s with the mistake rectified at no additional cost to you.

Please take the time to thoroughly review the artwork and ensure it meets all your requirements.

It is crucial to check the following aspects:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Dates
  • Punctuation
  • Colors (Please note that there may be slight variations between the proof and the final print, except when using spot colours.)

The proofs will be provided to you via our CRM system, and once you are satisfied with the details, please electronically sign each page of the document to initiate production.

If any errors are discovered in the text after the digital proof has been approved, Petite Lemposa Design will gladly revise the design at no extra charge. However, the customer will be responsible for the re-printing of the material at a discounted rate based on the original cost of the item(s).

While we strive for accuracy, sometimes human errors may occur. If the final prints do not match the designed content as represented in the approved Digital Proof, we will promptly offer a reprint of the order free of charge and without any rush fees to rectify these errors.

Design Alterations

Should you require further modifications beyond the initial four rounds of changes, there may be additional design fees involved. These fees will be provided as a quote on an individual basis, calculated at a rate of $80.00 + GST per change.
